Hi, I'm
Dylan Provencher.

I’ve called Toronto home ever since my family and I moved here from Montreal when I was a child. My entire family uprooted themselves so I could pursue an acting career, making it possible for me to act in five seasons of CBC’s Wind at My Back and several other films.

As much as I loved acting, I didn’t see it as my lifelong career. By that time, I had fallen in love with Toronto and knew that I was going to continue to build a life here. Over the years I invested in several homes, went through the process of buying and selling, and realized I’d been bitten by the real estate bug.

I built this team with the goal of providing the highest level of client care possible. More than a decade later, I still believe in going the extra mile for the people I work for and continuing to grow our diverse team of experts.
