Sorry Beachers, but the C. Harris Water Treatment Plant is property of Birchcliff! This must-see space has been given shout outs in the works of Michael Ondaatje and has been featured in countless films–yep, it’s the jail in Half Baked. Once a year Doors Open Toronto allows you to creep inside and take a look, but the real beauty is on the outside.
